What plot.market is

plot.market shows land and building plots for sale in the UK. Listings are copied from agents’ public web pages and link back to the original. We are not an estate agent: we don’t handle enquiries, negotiate or hold money for a sale. You contact the seller directly.

Plot information

We work hard to keep details accurate, but they are a starting point, not advice. Always check the planning permission, title and ground conditions with the council and your own solicitor and surveyor before you buy.

Corrections and removals

If a listing is wrong or you want it taken down, use our report a listing page or email support@plot.market. We aim to act within two working days.

Fair use

Please don’t copy the site in bulk, try to break its security or use it to send spam.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise we are not liable for losses caused by relying on plot details without checking them.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the last change at the top. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
